Demonstration by Master Beekeeper Chris Kelly of Promised Land Apiaries , using a Glass front hive to illustrate the evolution of honey production. Learn about the fascinating world of bees and how they create this sweet nectar.
The Farm Chef has curated a menu using this sweet gold nectar in each course of the luncheon. Our chef provides the techniques used as well as the inspiration behind the pairings.
