Our Guest lecturer is Paul Avellino "The Garden Guinea" who is a social media sesation. Paul is a true advocate for people and planet and his commitment to educating others on the topic of growing food for self reliance is unmatched.


Enjoy a delicious lunch while learning tips and tricks to start or improve your own homestead. This is an in-person event, perfect for anyone curious about sustainable living and self-sufficiency. Come hungry and curious – we’ve got plenty of honey and wisdom to share!


Our 3 course lunch specifically uses honey as an ingredient in a designated menu course. Our resident Farm Chef will give a breif description on its preparation and provide recipe cards for the selected dish.
